Passport Queries: If you a query regarding an online passport application, please contact the Passport Service's Customer Support Hub.
Visas Queries: Our phone lines are closed for visa queries. Please see the latest updates here. If necessary, please contact us by email.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 10:00-12:00 & 14:00-16:00.
Emergency contact details
Please note that in the event of a genuine emergency outside of office hours (e.g. death, serious illness, arrest, etc.), Irish citizens can contact the Duty Officer and leave a voicemail on +32 499 58 53 28. This mailbox is monitored regularly.
